Laundry Lady will head to Toowoomba on October 8 for the Regional Disability Expo as demand for its mobile laundry services continues to grow nationwide.
The service, which assists commercial, residential and NDIS clients with their wash, fold and ironing needs, now boasts a team of 50-plus contractors across Queensland, Victoria and NSW.
New city and regional locations are being added all the time, including Toowoomba, which is now available to book online.
In September, Laundry Lady attended the Regional Disability Expo in Caloundra, featuring goodie bags, promo items and a chance for one lucky attendee to win a $200 laundry voucher.
Expo-goers will have another chance to win a laundry voucher from Laundry Lady at the Toowoomba event, held at the The Works Health & Recreation Club on Baker Street, Toowoomba.
The expo will feature information on supports, products and services for people with disabilities, their families and carers.
Come along and say hello to the team – entry is FREE!
Connecting with the local community
Laundry Lady CEO Susan says that the Regional Disability Expo provides the “perfect opportunity” to showcase such essential services in the one, accessible space.
“Being on-the-ground and making connections within the broader community is great for us as a small business on the move,” she says.
Recently, Laundry Lady won two silver trophies – for Service Business and Business Pivot – as part of the Ausmumpreneur Awards.
It has also been named a dual finalist in the Sunshine Coast Business Awards, with winners announced in November.
NDIS laundry service, booking & invoicing made easy
Are you an NDIS participant looking for a laundry service in your area? The Laundry Lady can help!
We provide consistent, safe and quality laundry services to our NDIS customers.
Laundry Lady’s team of contractors – Ladies and Lads – are experienced in supporting NDIS customers’ laundry needs and are trained in the NDIS code of conduct.
If you are eligible to access unregistered NDIS providers, you can use our services through your self-managed, plan nominee or registered plan manager.
Laundry Lady’s NDIS support services mean customers can have their laundry picked up from the door, all with easy online booking and payment options, including payment by direct debit.
To ensure ease of service, Laundry Lady provides NDIS customers with an invoice after collection, which can be forwarded to their plan manager for payment, or include their details in the booking notes to be sent directly to them.
