Instead of following the expensive and long term commitment model of franchising, we decided a simpler option would be better for the type of people who want to join the Laundry Lady team and we followed an independent contractor model.
Our team of contractors all choose their own hours, work from their own homes and have flexibility over how much they work. It’s a great model that they can setup around their family commitments.
