Is the app free to use?
Yes. The app is free to download on iOS and Android. You only pay for the laundry service you book.
Can I use my existing Laundry Lady account?
You can. Sign in with the same email address you use for online bookings and your details and history come with you.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No. Leave your laundry at the door and your Laundry Partner will collect it. You can add delivery instructions and give authority to leave in the app.
How do I pay?
Your Laundry Partner sends an invoice through the app once your laundry is weighed. Pay securely online in a couple of taps, before delivery.
Can I set up a regular pickup?
Yes. Choose a weekly or fortnightly recurring booking and your pickups are scheduled automatically. Change or cancel any time.
