Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The Mother’s Day giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and immediate family members of The Laundry Lady, Strucket, Kokopod, Melvory, Butterfly Maternity, Pleasant State, Klipsta and Sky Gazer Towels.
- To enter the giveaway, participants must follow all the brands (@laundrylady_aus, @strucket, @kokopod_chocolate,@melvoryskincare, @butterflymaternity, @pleasantstate, @klipsta_, @skygazerculture ) on Instagram.
- Participants must like the giveaway post
- Participants must fill out the short form – name and email address
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Additional entries will be disqualified.
Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway begins on April 24th and ends on 11:59pm (AEST), Mother’s Day (May 12, 2024)
- Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible for participation.
Prize:
One (1) lucky winner will be selected at random to win the Mother’s Day prize package, which includes:
- A $200 voucher for laundry services from The Laundry Lady.
- A $200 voucher for Strucket products.
- A Sampler Box, from Kokopod.
- A $200 voucher for Melvory products.
- A $230 voucher for Butterfly Maternity’s products.
- The Everything Bundle, from Pleasant State.
- A $200 voucher for Klipsta products.
- A $200 voucher for Sky Gazer Towels products.
The total amount of the prize is valued over $1,500.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- The winner will be announced on May 13, 2024 via Instagram (and/or blog posts) of all participating brands.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery:
- The prizes will be delivered to the winner’s address within Australia.
- Delivery details will be coordinated with the winner upon confirmation of their prize. Each brand is going to send its prize separately and the winner will be updated about the next steps accordingly.
Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow The Laundry Lady, Strucket, Kokopod, Melvory, Butterfly Maternity, Pleasant State, Klipsta and Sky Gazer Towels to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
- The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- The Laundry Lady, Strucket, Kokopod, Melvory, Butterfly Maternity, Pleasant State, Klipsta and Sky Gazer Towels reserve the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the brands regarding winner selection and prize distribution is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
