How do I make a booking?
All of our bookings are made online via our website or app. Simply head to our home page, type your suburb and book online to see available pickup days and times in your area. If you have special requests, add these into the booking notes and your local Laundry Partner will see that when they receive the booking. You can also set up weekly or fortnightly bookings with reminders each week for pickup.
I need a regular booking.
We have a recurring booking option. When booking your service you can select a weekly or fortnightly booking option. If you require some additional support, your Laundry Partner will be able to assist you.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online via debit or credit card before delivery. Once your laundry is completed, you'll receive an invoice via email with a payment link. After payment is received, your laundry will be delivered. We do not accept payment by cash.
When will I get my laundry back?
Turnaround times for standard wash, ironing, and fold services are generally next-day, with return delivery at around the same time as pickup. Weekend services and larger jobs, such as bulk ironing or washing, may take longer. If you have an event, please include details in the booking instructions and discuss directly with your Laundry Partner.
