A few things to know before you get started
- The beta trial is available for iOS users only via TestFlight, Apple's app testing platform. An Android version is on its way and will be available later this year.
- To get the most out of the app, you'll want to link your existing Laundry Lady profile so all your details carry across seamlessly — no starting from scratch.
How to get set up — Step by Step

Download & install TestFlight
First, you'll need to download TestFlight — Apple's free app testing platform — from the App Store. Once installed, you're ready to join the Laundry Lady beta.

Accept your invitation & install the app
Click the button below (or the link in your invitation email) on your iPhone after installing TestFlight. This will open the beta invitation and install The Laundry Lady app.

Open the app & select Login
Once installed, open The Laundry Lady app. On the welcome screen, tap Login at the bottom. Use the same email address that's linked to your existing Laundry Lady profile, create a password, and verify your email.

Switch to the Production environment
On the login screen, tap the logo 7 times quickly. A prompt will appear asking you to switch environments — select Production to ensure you're connected to the live platform.

Link your existing Laundry Lady profile
After logging in, you'll be prompted to link your existing profiles. The app will find any accounts matching your email address. Select your profile and tap Link Profile — your booking history, addresses, and preferences will carry across automatically.

Explore your Home screen
You're in! Your Home screen gives you an at-a-glance view of everything that matters — your active bookings and upcoming scheduled pickups are displayed front and centre so you always know what's happening with your laundry.

Make a booking
Tap the + Book button to easily book any of our services online. Browse available Laundry Partners in your area, choose the service that suits you, and select a time that works. While booking, you can also add your care instructions — let your Laundry Partner know exactly how you like your laundry done.

View your booking history
Head to the Bookings section to see your full booking history — past, present, and upcoming. Everything is in one place, no digging through emails required.

Message your Laundry Partner directly
Need to share a special instruction or just check in? Tap the Messages section to reach out directly to your Laundry Partner. No more SMS, no calls — everything stays in the app, keeping communication simple and seamless.

Submit a bug or share feedback
Spotted something not quite right? We'd love to hear about it. Take a screenshot as normal, then tap the share button in the top right corner of your screen. Select Share Beta Feedback, provide details about the issue, and tap Submit. Your feedback helps us make the app better for everyone.
