Everything you need to know about recurring bookings, pricing, and how it all works.
All of our bookings are made online via our website or app. Simply head to our home page, type your suburb and book online to see available pickup days and times in your area. If you have special requests, add these into the booking notes and your local Laundry Partner will see that when they receive the booking. You can also set up weekly or fortnightly bookings with reminders each week for pickup.
We have a recurring booking option. When booking your service you can select a weekly or fortnightly booking option. If you require some additional support, your Laundry Partner will be able to assist you.
Payment is made online via debit or credit card before delivery. Once your laundry is completed, you’ll receive an invoice via email with a payment link. After payment is received, your laundry will be delivered. We do not accept payment by cash.
A Service Fee applies to each invoice to cover system management and operational costs. The applicable rate is determined by whether your profile has an active recurring booking when the invoice is generated.
Recurring Service Fee: $2.20 (incl. GST). Applies where an active recurring booking exists at the time of invoicing. This rate applies to all of your invoices, including one-off bookings, while a recurring booking remains active.
Non-Recurring Service Fee: $5.50 (incl. GST). Applies where no active recurring booking exists at the time of invoicing.

Turnaround times for standard wash, ironing, and fold services are generally next-day, with return delivery at around the same time as pickup. Weekend services and larger jobs, such as bulk ironing or washing, may take longer. If you have an event, please include details in the booking instructions and discuss directly with your Laundry Partner.
