How we Calculate 1x 5Kg Load

One load of washing (clothing or linen) is approximately 5kgs (weighed when dry) or a standard size laundry basket. If you have darks and whites, these will be separated into two loads, even if less than 5kgs. If you would prefer these to be washed together, let your Laundry Lady or Lad know.

Blankets and doonas are thicker items and will be charged on the volume (eg size of the washing machine drum) rather than weight. This includes up to 5kg volume (eg Single or Double doona or blanket), and 5-10kg volume (eg Queen or King blanket). Note that thicknesses and heavy items may vary.

*Single/Double is based on max 5kg volume.
Queen/King is based on 5-10kg volume.

Ironing

Pick up & delivery

We charge $14.50 pickup & delivery fee.
Charged once per service.

Our minimum charge per pickup is $60 including GST

After collection, we will email you an online link to pay your account with credit or debit card.
MasterCard, Visa and AMEX accepted.
Payment is due before return delivery. Payment terms for Business and NDIS may vary.

Minimum Service charge of $70 (inc applicable taxes) applies to all bookings.
Includes pickup and delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Book as a recurring service and pay $2.20 Service Fee. Non-recurring bookings incur a $5.50 Service Fee.

Payment must be completed online prior to the delivery of your completed service.
