Laundry Lady provides consistent, safe and quality laundry services to NDIS customers Australia wide.
If you are eligible to access registered NDIS providers, you can use our services through your self managed plan, plan nominee, or registered plan manager.
How it works: NDIS support services and you
Our NDIS support services mean you can have your laundry picked up from the door, all with easy online booking and stress-free payments.
We provide you with an invoice after collection which you can forward to your plan manager for payment, or include their details in the booking notes and we can send it directly to them. We have invoicing and payment options including payment by direct debit.

Laundry Lady has showcased its award-winning services at a number of Regional Disability Expos, connecting with participants, coordinators, and other service providers.
This is important for us as we continue to communicate with customers about their specific needs, and provide information about how we can help in the home, aged care facilities, hospitals and more.
Customising your service. What laundry liquids do we use?
If you have skin sensitivities or aversions to certain smells, we can cater a wash and fold service for you. We have our own, specially-formulated Laundry Lady laundry liquids, which are used by our team of contractors. You can learn more about our products, HERE.
If you have a preferred product or sensitive skin product you would like us to use, you can supply this to your Laundry Lady or Lad on pickup.
Making a booking and requesting an NDIS Service Agreement
To make a booking, use our booking form and add into the notes your NDIS customer number and plan manager’s email. We recommend that you have a Service Agreement for your NDIS Services. To request a Service Agreement, click here to fill out the request form and we will be in touch.
Claiming Laundry Lady services under the NDIS
Our wash, dry, fold and ironing services are claimable under Household Tasks registrations group, under item number: 01_021_0120_1_1 – Linen Service.
You must have this item number listed in your plan to claim under NDIS.
