This is where Laundry Lady comes in. We offer a pickup and delivery wash and fold service direct to your door, plus easy invoicing and payments.
Book online and a member of our professional team will collect your washing (clothes, linen, towels and other fabrics) and return the next day freshly cleaned, hygienic and smelling fresh.
We remain open as an essential service
Laundry Lady is an essential service, so we will continue servicing our valued residential and commercial customers in Queensland, NSW and Victoria as an unregistered NDIS service provider, with extra precautions in place.
During lockdowns, our service remains contactless, and our Laundry Ladies and Lads will wear masks and gloves and we pickup from your door so we don’t need to enter your house. You can see our full list of COVID-19 policies on the website.

NDIS Code of Conduct & quality service
We are experienced in supporting our NDIS customer’s laundry needs and all of our Laundry contractors are trained in the NDIS Code of Conduct.
If you are eligible to access unregistered NDIS providers, you can use our services through your self-managed, plan nominee or registered plan manager.
Our NDIS support services mean you can have your laundry picked up from the door, all with easy online booking.
