To begin the NDIS onboarding process, you can submit the registration form online.
We provide consistent, safe and quality laundry services to our NDIS customers. We are experienced in supporting our NDIS customer’s laundry needs and all of our Laundry contractors are trained in the NDIS code of conduct. If you are eligible to access registered NDIS providers, you can use our services through your self-managed, plan nominee or registered plan manager.
Our laundry services are claimable under the stated support item number 01_021_0120_1_1 – Linen Service. This is a quotable line item that must be listed in the participant’s current NDIS plan to use our services.
An NDIS service agreement is required for all Agency and Plan Managed participants and must be completed before the first service can commence.
Plan Managed participant invoices are sent to the nominated Plan Manager for payment on the participants behalf.
Agency Managed participant invoices are submitted by Laundry Lady to the NDIA for payment on the participants behalf.
We can wash and dry your dirty clothes, bedding linen, towels, tablecloths, and fold them neatly, ready to wear.
We will iron your business shirts, dresses, trousers or any other clothing that you don’t like to wear crumpled!
We will pickup from your home or business or workplace, returning to delivery normally the next day.
Hairdressers, sporting groups, real estates, holiday rentals, Airbnbs, caravan parks. Available for any business needs.
School clothes, work clothes, everyday clothes. Available for any home needs.
