What is HomeFront?
HomeFront is a veteran owned and operated home services business that provides end-to-end service management and caters primarily to the Australian defence community.
Tell us about your clients
While we do cater primarily to the defence community, we also have a large number of civilian residential and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) customers.
Why do your clients need your services?
We not only provide end-to-end management of all of our services, but we’re also a one-stop-shop for most household services. You don’t need to speak to a dozen different people to get work done around the home, just talk to HomeFront and hear the same voice or read the same name each time.
What is important when dealing with clients with disability or high needs?
In my experience, it’s routine and consistency. These clients are often dealing with multiple health issues that make anything in their lives more difficult. Providing them with routine via a set schedule, and consistency delivering a quality service each time means it’s one less thing for them to worry about.
What do you look for when choosing service providers (aka the Laundry Lady)?
Primarily, I look for providers that share our customer focus. Customer satisfaction is our top concern, and any business that we work with must share that view.
Why do you love The Laundry Lady?
Their staff understands good customer service. From Susan at head office to Donna on the ground, picking up the bags.
Day one and our customer had forgotten to leave her bag out. I got in touch with Donna letting her know about the delay. She kindly altered her schedule to give our customer enough time to get home and organise the bag. Nothing was too much trouble for Donna and several months down the track we still have a very happy customer (me included).

Laundry Lady and you: information for our NDIS customers
Laundry Lady provides consistent, safe and quality laundry services to our NDIS customers. We are experienced in supporting our NDIS customer’s laundry needs, and all of our Laundry contractors are trained in the NDIS code of conduct.
If you are eligible to access unregistered NDIS providers, you can use our services through your self-managed, plan nominee or registered plan manager.
