Laundry Lady is a pickup and delivery laundry service operating Australia wide. Established on the Gold Coast in 2012 by entrepreneur and CEO Susan Toft, the business now boasts a team of more than 200 Laundry Ladies and Lads across the country. In August 2023, it took its award-winning model to the New Zealand market. Customers include a mix of residential and commercial clients – we’re here to take a load off your mind with next-day wash, dry, fold and ironing services.
