Mobile Laundry for NDIS Participants
Laundry Lady is able to service customers who are part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
If you have NDIS funding, you can claim mobile wash and fold services used through Laundry Lady as part of your package. This may also fall under home and community care services providers like Feros Care.
We provide consistent, safe and quality laundry services to our NDIS funding customers. We are experienced in supporting NDIS customer’s laundry needs, and all of our contractors are trained in the NDIS code of conduct.
Are you eligible to access unregistered NDIS providers? You can use our services through your self-managed, plan nominee or registered plan manager.
Our NDIS support services mean you can have your laundry picked up from the door, all with easy online booking.
We provide you with an invoice after collection which you can forward to your plan manager for payment, or include their details in the booking notes and we can send it directly to them. We have invoicing and payment options suitable for NDIS.
What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with disability, their families and carers. It is jointly governed and funded by the Australian, and state and territory governments.
Who can apply?
To apply to become an NDIS participant you must: be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa, have a permanent disability that significantly affects your ability to take part in everyday activities, be aged less than 65 when you first enter the NDIS.

Does Laundry Lady provide invoices for NDIS claims?
YES – Laundry Lady offers invoices for all its wash, fold, dry and iron laundry services.
How it works: We send you an invoice after pickup for payment online via credit or debit card. For plan-managed participants, you can include your NDIS plan manager’s details, email and the customer’s NDIS number for inclusion on the invoice and we will send it directly to them with direct bank details payment option included.
The email address used in the bookings is where the confirmation and reminder emails will go, so you can include your client’s email if that is best.
Can Laundry Lady use sensitive skin detergent & products when doing my washing?
YES – We are happy to accommodate sensitive skin or unscented product requirements. If there is a particular type/brand of laundry liquid you prefer, you can provide this to your Laundry Lady on pickup for use.
